As an organization dedicated to promoting the best the Dominican culture has given to this society, DAMA also wishes to remember all of those individuals who have touched our hearts and left an indelible mark of contributions for us to appreciate. On this page we celebrate their lives and invite you to think for a moment on how each one of them has made an impact on what it means to be a Dominican immigrant and how they managed to pass on that essence of cultural values that we continue to cherish in this generation, and hopefully, in many to come. We recognize them for the invaluable gifts they left behind, and for being there when we needed them. We will hold them forever in our thoughts and prayers.
