DAMA Annual Celebration & Awards Ceremony 2026

The Dominican American Midwest Association has the pleasure of hosting the annual gala at the Nineteenth Century Club of Oak Park, with a theme of “Masquerade for Merit” where we get to display elegance through a masquerade party; this time accompanied by an icon of the Dominican Comedy, Comedian Carlos Sanchez, and with live music from the group Urbachata by John Del Piano.

Join us for a wonderful evening where we celebrate achievements from our community over the past year, as we present our annual Outstanding Dominicans and Ramon Garcia Educational Awards, along with fundraising activities, raffles and networking.

This event includes a welcome reception, a full-course dinner, access to a premium bar, a comedy show by Comedian Carlos Sanchez, and, of course, a dancing floor to enjoy with Urbachata.

Only digital tickets available. For more information, feel free to call us at (872) 212-3601, or email us at info@damamidwest.org

We thank our main sponsors, Alexandra Nelson & García Medical Center, for their contribution in making this event possible.
